Developed and manufactured in-house by PolarWave, this block represents the result of extensive engineering, testing, and component optimization. Every detail has been carefully considered to achieve the perfect balance between minimum weight, maximum strength, and long-term performance.
Complete Control in Every Condition
The manually operated ratchet mechanism allows sailors to instantly switch between free-running and ratchet modes.
With the ratchet disengaged, the sheave rotates freely on high-performance ceramic bearings, ensuring minimal friction and maximum sensitivity in light winds. When additional holding power is required, the sailor can engage the ratchet with a simple turn of the control knob.
The specially developed three-tooth ratchet mechanism provides exceptional grip while remaining gentle on the mainsheet, reducing the effort required to maintain control without unnecessarily increasing rope wear.
Innovative Lockable Hard Attachment
The integrated stainless-steel swivel shackle features a specially developed locking system, allowing the attachment to rotate freely or remain securely fixed in the desired position.
This provides greater flexibility, improved alignment, and additional control across a wide range of sailing applications.
The hard attachment is also available separately as a replacement or additional component.
